Alan will assess risk in the portfolios of select banks owned by the corporation, assure consistency in the reports prepared by co-workers, compile and consolidate reports for delivery to the Audit Committee, serve as a resource to lending staffs with regard to credit policy and compliance issues, and provide training and updated credit and compliance information to lending staffs as necessary.
